   I know it's a lot of work but are there any plans on making an AS 2.0 version of the particle system?

   No, there are not. Sorry to disappoint you.
   
   Current development is on a 3-d version of Flint, with renderers for Sandy and Papervision3D. And before anyone asks, I'm very busy with client work at the moment so don't know when the first Alpha of the 3-d version will be in SVN.

   I should also add that if someone else would like to convert Flint to AS2 I'd be happy to support that, I just don't have the time or inclination to do it myself.
