Hello
I'm trying to make something like this http://activeden.net/item/simple-mouse-particle/19675
Except that the trail follows a movie clip (a fairy - I get all the best jobs) and not the mouse.
If anyone could point me at a chunk of similar code for Flint that would be great.

To make the emitter follow the fairy clip you need to update the emitter's position (its x and y properties) every frame to match the fairy's position. You can either do this with an enterFrame event handler in your project, or you can make a custom activity for Flint, similar to the FollowMouse activity that is in the Flint library, then let Flint handle the positioning for you. -
