I'm building a side scroller. I have a ship with exhaust fumes.
I am already moving the emitter according to the position of the ship which works perfectly.
But the ship can have a certain velocity ...
I am already moving the emitter according to the position of the ship which works perfectly. But the ship can have a certain velocity while staying inside the viewport. So I want all the particles to offset each frame ( as for instance the background does ). Is that possible? I do not want do move the BitmapRenderer of course.

The easy option would be to use the particles array, which is a property of the emitter. Each frame you grab the array and loop through it altering each particle's x and y properties to apply your ...
The more complex but more Flint like option is to create a custom action to apply your offset each frame.
