    Hi all,

Just starting off here with Flint, and I'm trying to come up with a solution for a pizel curtain effect with a bitmap. Essentially this would have pixels fly in from left and right and "build" the image the pixels are made of.

not sure how to start this process. Any help and idas would be fantastic.

    Thanks.

    Hi

The closest to what you need is to use the TweenToZone action. However this doesn't build the shape exactly, it will just tween all the particles to random points within the shape.

What you really need is a custom action. Something similar to the createPixelParticlesFromBitmapData method to define the particles to match the bitmap. However, this method sets the start point for the particle's movement to the point in the bitmap, and you need to set the end point instead.

With the right custom action, Flint will do everything else for you.
