   As a beginner I've replaced the Logo in a (= any) sampleprogramm by exactly the same logo made in photoshop.
   The same colors, the same font etc. After replacing the standard logo the effect is ruined. What goes wrong?

   Problem solved.
   The background color has to be transparent.
