Hiya, I have a defined BitmapDataZone the shape of a cloud. I want the particles to float away and disappear as if they are smoke though I don't know how to let them drift away from the shape of my BitmapDataZone from the edges as real clouds do.

I can tween the particles to a new BitmapDataZone ad in the example but I need to achieve an effect where the particles are drifting away from the edges as opposed to the whole shape just dispersing at the same time.

Is this possible? any suggestions much appreciated

    Thanks :)

A RandomDrift action would cause the particles to drift from their original position, causing a slow dispersal. If this doesn't work, try things like MinimumDistance with a very small acceleration or AntiGravity with a very small power to help push the particles apart.
