General: Set running to false when an emitter is stopped

    Currently, there is no way to tell if an emitter has been stopped. The running property can be used to check if it has been paused but if the emitter has been stopped, running still returns true.

    I suggest _running is set to false in Emitter.stop() as well.

    Absolutely. That's a bug. Thanks for pointing it out. The fix is in SVN now.
