That said, during my research I came across the Deprecated Metadata Tag and wonder if it shouldn't be added to the Deprecated classes in Flint. In the FullStagePixelRenderer, for example, we find the following note:

This class exists to allow the continued use of functionality that existed in the PixelRenderer in early versions of Flint.

Perhaps making the class explicitly deprecated would raise awareness for people who may not realize that a more efficient class exists to accomplish the same thing (and to keep people from starting with it in current releases). Thoughts? ]]>

Too bad about the ASDocs stuff... wonder if that's a bug or if there's a switch you can set to allow Deprecated classes in the docs... weird. :/ ]]>
