All the examples and forum posts that use the BitmapDataZone effect of tweening particles to images use a pixel particle. Can this effect also be achieved using my own DisplayObject as a particle and using the DisplayObjectRenderer? -

I am now using Flint in a small project, I have created my own emitter which sprays particles up the screen using a TimePeriod. I am trying to apply the particles to another emitter once they die so that they tween to a bitmap, but the particles seem to just vanish. I am using Lifetime and Age but I'm not fading them, I have also tried changing the colour to 0xff00ff00 but I still don't see them.
Is what I want to do easy enough in Flint? Is there an easy way to debug if my particles are in the new emitter and check where they should be? -

Are you calling revive() on the particles before transferring them to the new emitter? The Logo Tween example shows how to revive and reuse a particle after it dies.
