I would like the Whizzer to appear behind previous Whizzers, and same with the SphereBang. Currently the Whizzers are placed in front of previous Whizzers. But I think it looks more natural if the Whizzers don't appear infront of any SphereBangs. How would I change the stacking order of a Whizzer?

You will also need to ensure that the particles are in fact in front of the particles you want them in front of, by setting the position of the emitters and initializing the particles appropriately. ]]>
